The Lucidi have decreed, and so the paragon of the Order ventures deep into the treacherous grounds of the Malediction, tasked with the divine duty of reclaiming the shards of the Shattered Throne. In our first Seeker Overview, we take a look at Sigrith Andravos, our queen of damage mitigation and one of the most straightforward Seekers to play, making her a great pick if you are learning the ropes.

Sigrith’s Legacy is the Andravon, a holy shield that can predict the future and allows her to protect those of value to the cause while also punishing those who dare stand in the way.

Basic Concepts:

  • A Sigrith deck has easy access to damage prevention in a game where damage is usually guaranteed. This Seeker also has one of the highest defense and health stats in the game.
  • Easy to build around and to use, a Sigrith deck allows both offensive and defensive playstyles. Don’t be fooled by her defensive capabilities. Damage prevention, when paired with Divine Retribution, means you are hard to deal with and deadly up close.

Legacy tips and interactions:

  • Divine Retribution works great with abilities that allow you to retaliate, often letting you perform up to 2 attacks during an enemy’s activation turn. This makes a relic like Vengeance and Retribution a great pick when it’s up for grabs.
  • Bring along some items to abuse the already high defense of the Order of the Shattered Throne units, making them even harder to hit with shields and armor and giving you optimal opportunities to use Andravon’s Protection.

Pitfalls:

  • Most of your units are slow, meaning that they often have a hard time when surrounded without backup and fighting against ranged enemies. You can always rely on the extra speed from terrain like the Astaris Pathways to engage in combat sooner. Keep friends close and enemies closer!
  • Discarding for prevention is great and all, but keep in mind that you may quickly run out of resources. Focus on preventing damage only when relevant, and let your units take the hit from time to time. Remember! A dented armor will still shine.
